GOVT. GUARANTEE'S BANKS

Postby SHADOW » Sun Oct 12, 2008 7:47 pm

CAN ANYONE TELL ME, WITH REGARDS TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT THAT ALL "AUSTRALIAN BANK DEPOSITS" WILL BE
GUARANTEED "SAFE" BY THE GOVERNMENT. THE TERM "AUST. BANKS" DOES THAT INCLUDE MY BANK, WHICH IS,
ING DIRECT. I KNOW THE PARENT BANK IS DUTCH OWNED. BUT WILL MY SAVINGS BE GUARANTEED.
