I'd like to draw your attention to the property investment potential of NRAS. While some of you may have heard of the National Rental Affordability Scheme, to some of you it may be new. NRAS is a government initiative to improve housing affordability for Australians. It is operated as a partnership between government, developers, investors and social welfare organisations.

Essentially, the government is providing tax free payments to investors who agree to make their property available to NRAS eligible tenants. These payments can often be enough to make your investment cash flow positive from day one.
