Early results:

No - I'm staying with a variable rate 42%
Yes - Fix some of my loan for 12 months 0%
Yes - Fix some of my loan for 2 years 12%
Yes - Fix some of my loan for 3 years or more 19%
Yes - Fix the whole lot for 12 months 8%
Yes - Fix the whole lot for 2 years 0%
Yes - Fix the whole lot for 3 years or more 19%

I coming off 5 year fixed in April. I wasn't sure which way things were heading, but I believed rates were going to rise long term. After I saw the Fed halt rate rises early in 2006. I figured out there was going be a depression and rates were zero bound.
