I wonder if someone know from where I can get a business or personal web packages, email packages or domain registration at one place with smart utilities. Hosting Company must be in local Middle East countries.

I need to find a webhosting to start my business in DIY stuff. I have some idea how to create your own simple DIY stuff and would like to publish in a web and subsequently will join the adsense goggle to earn money from advertisement. I will publish a lot of picture and maybe some video. and maybe will sell some DIY stuff. Not sure what types of affordable webshosting that I can start with? I know sitebuildit is quite good but not quite affordable to me.
I visit some other webshosting provider that offer unlimited disk space which will be good for my website but subject to normal, small& medium business usage. Not sure if if i keep on publishing a lot of picture and video, will my provider eventually will charge extra for my subscruption plan? so is it meant that unlimited disk space is just means nothing because there is still some limitation, is it correct? if not why they say that subject to normal usage. what if my normal, personal & small & medium business usage going to use a lot of disk space?
Any suggestion please. Thank you
